Most young patients opt for treatment with conventional metal fixed braces. These can be used for treatment of NHS patients and can predictably achieve excellent results. Colours can be added to the metal fixed braces to make them fun to wear. Metal braces can also be used to treat adult patients if treatment fees need to be minimised.
